Hi, I’m Erica—the founder of Human Freely, LLC. I support purpose-driven leaders who want to lead with integrity and impact, creating work cultures where both people and performance are valued.

Leadership is more than a job -
it’s a calling.
I did everything right. I showed up early, worked hard, exceeded expectations—and still, it never felt like enough.
Despite promotions, praise, and pay raises, I often felt overlooked, dismissed, and expected to carry more without acknowledgment. I was frustrated. Disheartened. And tired of having to prove my worth in spaces that didn’t always value what I brought to the table.
As a woman of color with 18 years in hospitality—including 14 years in Human Resources—I know what it’s like to succeed on the outside while questioning if you’ll ever truly be seen on the inside.
That’s why I created Human Freely.
Because leadership shouldn’t cost you your dignity, your identity, or your values.
Because no one should have to lead alone.
I built the kind of support I wish I had—strategic, practical, and deeply human—so you can lead with clarity, courage, and conviction.
